This initiative is the result of the collaborative efforts of the Molecular Epidemiology Research Group (Pischon Lab) at the Max Delbrück Center and the support of partners that participated in the Knowledge Platform Intestinal Microbiomics (INTIMIC-KP).
To analyze data from multiple studies, we are using DataSHIELD, a solution that enables remote and non-disclosive analysis.
